Whether or not you are a jobseeker or just want to make some money from using your network of contacts, it makes sense to keep an eye on new jobs in your area.
You don’t even need to keep visiting the site! It couldn’t be easier, just select some simple categories (job type, location etc) and we will send you the latest jobs to your inbox daily. If you see one of interest, just click on the job and you will be taken directly to the site to refer your friend. Click here to set up JobMail now>>
Anyone can refer their friends for a reward. When you see a job that you think one of your friends might be interested in, just click ‘Refer a Friend’. If you have previously applied for a job or registered at JobTonic.com you can use the same login details.
We also recommend that you register for JobMail. That way you will know whenever new jobs are posted which you may be able to refer.
Once you have made a referral, it is a good idea to occasionally keep in touch with your friend, so that you know if they take the job you referred to them. Just be careful though, moving job can be quite sensitive for some people, so if they don’t want to keep you informed, don’t push it. If you don’t contact you, you will probably find out in due course that they have moved job, then just contact us (support@jobtonic.com) – we will check the validity of your claim and come back to you quickly.

If you want to become a Power Referrer and make serious cash, you can set up multiple JobMail alerts, perhaps one for Accountancy, one for IT etc. You will be surprised just how many people you have access to – not just your close friends, but ex-colleagues, your family’s friends, your sports club members, even people at your local hostelry!
Some of our referrers are starting to network out beyond their existing contacts, using LinkedIn and other networking sites, or just networking beyond their immediate contacts. This is taking them into the realms of being a proper head hunter, but in their own time and with no risk.
Just remember, you should get the person’s permission before you refer them. This will ensure you are not spamming, and you will get more commitment from them.
Good luck!
