Purchase Ledger Clerk Accrington         Job Description

Register, posting and filing of invoices

Distribute invoices for approval Creating and processing supplier payment runs BACS Input receipts and processing customer refunds Reconciling and allocating cash and credit notes to sales and purchase invoices Statement reconciliations Despatch of monthly statements Assisting with credit control Dealing with supplier, customer and internal queries Matching of purchase orders to invoices Creating and maintenance of supplier and customer accounts Assisting with month end duties



Person Specification

Sales and/or Purchase ledger experience
Good attention to detail
Ownership for responsibilities and high standards
Computer literate including Excel
