To provide the new infrastructure required for this growing state and maintain their existing assets they need to recruit qualified and experienced people from beyond Western Australia to join their team. As a Protection Engineer you will play a key role in delivering design, settings, estimating project management and consulting products and services associated with our clients power system protection, automatic control and metering systems.

You will also be involved in undertaking electrical engineering protection design and settings work including automatic control and statistical metering designs for assigned projects, determining CT/VT performance requirements and system modelling and fault studies and design management of all engineering disciplines for large transmission projects. You will also coordinate other specialist groups and consolidate estimates from them for the full range of transmission projects, plus provide engineering consultancy advice to internal stakeholders and external customers.

You will be a strong communicator who will relentlessly drive continuous improvement with a focus on seamlessly contributing to the overall business.
