Due to continued expansion our exciting, dynamic software house client requires an additional Technical Author / Technical Writer to join its team. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Technical Author. You will be working under the supervision of the Senior Author producing:

- HTML pages
- Tutorials
- Online help
- Training guides
- Processes and procedures 
- MS Word templates and forms
- Various other documents

You will be an expert in Word and have experience of an online help tool such as RoboHelp or Doc-to-Help. You will have great attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines producing clear, concise and usable documentation.

An excellent standard of English language and grammar is imperative. An official qualification as a technical author and security clearance would be distinct advantages but are not mandatory if you have extensive on the job training.
